I cant remember if the passat seats use the same rails as the mk4 golf platform.

so check exactly what car they came out of.

assuming they are actually mk4 golf platform - fronts will fit no problem.

I think the wiring loom can be fitted without too much hassle.

rears might fit but look "wrong" as the shapes across the platform models are slightly different. from memory, the golf seats are narrower than octavia's so leave a gap along the edge.
