Will it be 2007 MY.

Featured Replies

I've ordered my car through a PCP broker and he says the car has only just come off the prodution line, so will be a 2007. However, I was also told it would be in Graphite Grey. I thought this was discontinued for 2007 MY.

I have my suspicions that the car is probably is a dealer's car park somewhere in UK and I'm not being told the full story.:worried:

iirc 2007 my cars arent built until next month.

iirc 2007 my cars arent built until next month.

Some on here have said they've already taken delivery of a 2007.

The model year start dates changed year by year for the 'old' Octavia. 2001 MY production started in August 2000, 2002 MY in May 2001, 2003 MY in April 2002, 2004 MY in August 2003, and 2005 MY in October 2004 according to ETKA.

They have started adding some of the 2007 items onto the current cars, but (according to the person at customer services I spoke to) they are not full 2007 cars until October. Mine is a new build, so has the aux input, but not extras such as teh fold out sun visors.

My L&K is to be built this week (28) wonder if it will have any 2007 improvements?

I've just taken delivery of a Graphite Grey Octy. It has the Aux connection in the jumbo box and the Stream is MP3 compatible, but it doesn't have the two part sun visors. I guess its a transition car.

Shame, as the new visors are the improvement I'd like most! Wonder if a retro-fit is possible.

Mine is a "transition" too in graphite grey

Aux socket

cruise control light

will the sun visors be standard?

Have seen a vRS Octy today with red calipers is that part of the 2007 spec too?

Taz

I'm not convinced that these visors will be on UK models, the hand book supplement for week 22 onwards cars (like Taz's) mentions the visors already (the hand books normally cover every option available in Europe), so I would have thought they would be fitted already.

One interesting addition to the spec is this:

If you have rain sensors and a sunroof, and the sensors pick up rain, your sunroof will shut......cool!
