anyone know why the ASR turns itself off and stays off after a few miles?

not really bothered for me but Ian drives the car sometimes and he relys on electonic aids to make up for his sloppy skills?

will a mod please move this to lounge.... cos im not getting any serious answers.

Could also be signs of the MAF playing up. My ASR disabled itself permanently until I had the MAF replaced.
