If you haven’t done this already, I suggest you force a restart of the infotainment system. With the car ignition on (engine doesn’t need to be running) and the infotainment loaded, tap and hold the on/off button for about 10 - 15 seconds.

The system should restart.

Hopefully that will clear the problem.
