Struggling to get hold of latest firmware update for the infotainment system in the 65 plate Octavia and hoping someone can help me out

Current firmware is MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0241T. I understand latest official is MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0369T.

mibsolution.one links from mib-helper.com don't appear to be working.

Tangential question - mib-helper.com suggests that MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0480T is a "possible" firmware update. Is update a good idea? Has anyone tried it in this model?

Hoping that someone can help me out. End goal is to get android auto working as per https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/513155-diy-android-auto-unlock/.

From what I know you can't upgrade from 2xx to 3xx

Nope - you cannot upgrade from SOP 2.x (02xx) to SOP3.x (03xx) or SOP4.x (04xx) firmware, although there are people on here who claim you can. Its high risk though.

Ah ok. Point taken - I'd rather not brick it.

The problem still stands that I can't find a working link to MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0253T - can anyone help with that?

DIY ABS warning Fix

Yesterday our Roomster started beeping and flashing the warning light about the ABS. My first thought was to replace the ABS sensors – they are around £7 each and seem to be easy enough to replace by removing the rear wheels. I could also give the connections a bit of a clean at the same time. What are my chances chances of fixing the issue within 45 minutes of DIY work? I don’t have any diagnostic tools, but if this is a common fault with an easy fix it would be great to know what other peo

I have a 2010 Fabia 1.2 and the ODB port isn't playing ball. Tried 2 different scanners and they both fail to auth with the ECU. I initially thought it might be a bad fuse so I replaced num 22, didnt change a thing. Slipped the port out of the dash and made sure that the wires are fully seated in the connector, no change. I've tried with electrics on and also engine on, doesn't make a difference. Does anybody have any suggestions on what to look for next?

Hi, I have a '2025 Kodiaq purchased March this year. Car first registered last May and was a Skoda vehicle and had covered approx 5000 miles when I bought it. It's been fine all this time except yesterday when I turned the engine off one or more fans continued to run - and they sounded like they were running at top speed. It was only a 15 min journey and the weather wasn't that hot. It did the same again travelling back home. Did wonder if maybe doing a regen, so running hotter, but have been

Hi, My tensioner failed at low revs and speed, the car juddered and stalled. It restarted and I drove home about a mile steadily. It seemed to drive normally if a little noisy. Next day it would start but not run. The check engine light was on. Pretty sure the Timing jumped a tooth. Q. do the valves always hit the pistons? do the valves always bend? Might I get away with an new tensioner and re-time? TIA
