Hi all

Picked up an Approved Used Scala SE L today (~4,000 miles) and am very happy with it aside from an annoying creak from the trim around the virtual cockpit that I didn't notice in the test drive.

As you can see, it stops when I press the plastic trim, and I only need to press relatively lightly to get it to stop.

So I suppose options are to get in touch with the dealership and see if they will fix it, or if anyone has any bright ideas I'd be willing to give them a try to avoid that faff...

Place a strip of foam or a piece of rubber seal (1mm thick) between the VC frame and the decoration to eliminate the creaking noise. If you hear any noises around the side window frame in the future, the cause is likely a dirty upper door seal (not the glass). Thoroughly clean all the nooks and crannies of the seal. Silicone sprays do not help; you need to clean the seal thoroughly and, if necessary, use a suitable sealing stick
