Please advise on coding

Hi all, I have a few things I'd like to have on the Superb II and I don't know if they all go at all. That's why I wanted to ask if you know if it's possible (of course if anyone wants to share a tutorial I won't be mad, thanks a lot, my neighbor has VCDS 24.7)

1) Locking the car when it's started - I saw that someone coded it, I suppose one has to have Kessy to do it, is it possible with a regular key?

2) Show oil temperature from zero - I found an option in MaxiDOT to show oil temperature, but it only shows from 50°C, can it “only” show from zero or can it show in the winter to below zero? Anyone willing to share the procedure?

3) Water temperature - I have read that it shows 90°C from about 80°C to about 106°C, I have seen someone change this to show a realistic temperature, can anyone tell me how to do this please?

4) Disable stopstart - can it only be done by changing the voltage (or temperature) or can it be disabled in other ways?
5) Can MaxiDOT show not only the engine oil temperature but also the transmission oil temperature? I have a 6 st. manual

6) Can I set the corner function to a higher speed?

7) I have LED's in the interior, to keep them from flickering I left one conventional bulb in the back center light, can I set the LED's inside to keep it from flickering? The dealership didn't know how to...

8) Higher speed of the engine fan - [summary at the end] of course, I have the whole intercooler disfigured by stones... but in the future I'm going to change it and change the turbo with it, increase the power, change the transmission... (not yet, of course, not until the future...) with the increase in power will come an increase in engine heat... in addition to a better engine cooler... is it possible to increase the speed of the fans? Of course the engine gets hot when going faster - the oil is over 115 and the fans are running at an estimated 50%... Only once I can remember them spinning more and that was in Spain - 5 people in the car, a full suitcase with a roof box, climbing up a hill to some mountain so the throttle was almost on the floor, 47°C outside, air conditioning and oil was 126°C that time and water (my temperature gauge moved from 90!!!) 115°C, never other time the fans were spinning so that they were audible... It's just set to silence and not to destroy the car... To summarize - can it be adjusted so that for example at 92°C water temperature the fans run at 50%, at 94°C at 75% and at 96°C at 100%?

9) Camping mode - I just need the fan on 1st, it doesn't need to heat, nothing like that, I don't have Webasto, can I set it to turn on when I hold "OFF" on the Climatronic for e.g. 2 seconds and stay on until I turn it off or starts and turns off the engine? Or does it need to be via a button and relay?

10) Folding the mirrors down to see the parking lines when in reverse - if I'm not mistaken, this is only possible on cars that have the "memory module" and power seats? Can't be done with standard seats?

11) Can the MaxiDOT be set to show turbo pressure?

12) Can the fog lights be set to come on with the high beams and turn off again with the high beams off? If not via diagnostics, I guess it will go through the relay, right..?

13) Can it be set on MaxiDOT to show that the DPF regen has started and that it is still running? Alternatively, how much longer will it run?

14) Is it possible to disable smart charging? So that the battery doesn't just charge when braking and driving downhill but all the time? Is it possible to set the charging on the battery voltage from 12,4V to 12,8V?
