Hi!

I just bought Fabia 3 2018 and I don't have ANY unit installed.
Which one should I buy?

I'm totally newbie and don't know anything about this, I would like it to have touchscreen, navi and play music? :)
probably on android? haha, please help me :)

Aftermarket units from China will be cheapest however my experience is they degrade quick quickly, especially if you go for lower specs. Units from well-known brands (e.g. Kenwood, JVC, SONY, Pioneer etc.) will be the most expensive ones, will require extra trim to fit dashboard and might not be fully integrated with the car. IMHO the best option are OEM units - the question is what is your budget and if you would like to use Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.

I would like android auto and budget is +/- 200€?

and if I want to have navi do I need to buy something else beside the unit itself?

2GB ram is much too less :)

In this budget you can find something with 8GM ram on aliexpress, try to search using the picture.

oohh ok, so in this case, I can buy any unit and it will fit? How can I check what unit will be ok for my car? :) Sorry I just don't know anyhing about this :(

AMundsen or Bolero. You will need glove box unit, display unit, USB port, harness to connect it all. Glove box unit must be patched before installation.

Buy one with the app button (second on the right side)

If you mean SWING then I'm sorry it will NOT allow SmartLink (unless you know somebody who can patch - I don't)
