I need to change the door lock mechanism but can't remove the inner door panel.

Can anyone help on how to remove this black panel.

I need to remove it.

I think I need to release the glass.

As no one has replied, I don't know but is the panel held in with bolts? (cannot tell as the picture is not great, so poss a closer shot of the fastenings), but the other method i have seen in the past, is they are riveted, and you have to drill out and then replace with new rivits
