Nice UK Elroq VRS reviews

Featured Replies

A couple of good reviews up of UK cars in Wales last week.

I have this exact spec on order, pretty much as I expected. Not massively sporty with a bit of extra oomph of the Sportline 85, Extra kit and 4WD. You don't buy this sort of car if you are looking for a sports car.

Like my Model Y LR AWD , It's a good all round car with some decent speed if you want it .

Mine is apparently being built in mid Aug for delivery mid/end of Sep

Picking one up tomorrow to replace our Cupra Ateca. Managed to get one of the unregistered ones that were around at a couple of dealers. Not the first choice colour or spec, but was being quoted up to 22 weeks when I was looking to do a factory order in the past few weeks.

Think it will have just enough oomph as the family wagon.

Very nice, would be great to hear your early thoughts and get some pics , enjoy

Done about 100 miles so far and most of those on trip back from the dealer. Overall I like it. As mentioned in the reviews, the brakes take a bit of getting used to with not a lot happening for the first bit of travel. I think one of the reviews labels it a grand tourer and i think that is correct but time will tell.

My wife will be driving it the majority of the time and she has a few other things that she doesn’t like in the 15 miles or so that she has driven, but most of those are to do with driving a more modern car with more tech. Only time for one photo today

Cool, thanks for posting initial views, is this the one advertised on Auto trader a week or so back? It was unregistered , it looks like the same.

You may be the first to have a VRS in the wild.

Yes it is one of the two that were on Autotrader. By all accounts, it appears that there may have been a glitch in the matrix that enabled the dealer to order one.

Picked up the Elroq RS having been driving an Octavia RS Mk4.5, wanted the 4wd, the instant torque/silent power... so far done almost 200km... Love it!!

Awesome, great to see they are creeping into the wild, same reasons why I went for the RS
