I have a big european road trip coming up and of course the cars GPS has started giving an intermittent issue. It thinks i’m in another town 30 miles away . It will then work ok for a few days and then the fault returns. Any ideas? The other problem is that it affects carplay because google maps uses the cars GPS. Can the phone be set to use the phones GPS?

I am having also probems with the gps since a week.. dont know why.. everything was working over a year..

The arrow moves, but kilometers away where i am.. than suddenly its working again.. as normal.. very strange

Exact same issue. My car is a 2024 on the latest software.

Yes, mine is also from 03/2024, latest software..

Did you go back to the dealer?

Not yet, tried to find out by myself what is the problem but no success till now.. and you?

Octavia iV 2023 software version 1985

Waze and Google Maps are going off route and can't find it way back on track when connected via cable to AA using S22 and S23 ultra.

The same issue happens when connecting an iPhone 16 via wireless Carplay.

On both phones the navigation apps are working fine when disconnected from the infotainment system.

When using Tom Tom with AA via cable , it all seems stable

Both Waze and AA were uninstall and reinstalled to their latest version

Any ideas how to solve this?
