CarPlay data cable

Featured Replies

dealing with a car in which car play wasn’t working showing no comms and the yellow cable into the back of the 5f unit has broke off. Check etka can’t find the cable when search through the superb nether could tps.

Can find it listed with a part number for the octavia 5e2970316s got it and spliced it in but still no joys. Took the car apart as much as I’m comfortable with just now to find any label with a part number but only ones I can find are on the plugs which are just for the plug. Anyone have any ideas what the part number might be for it for a 2016 superb mk3?

Fixed. Managed to find a part number from another vag car. All same coloured cables only difference was the one I found had a white plug and not green. Noticed the plastic guides were different.

Swapped the wire to the green plug and all works now
