Has anyone fitted bucket seats to a Fab vRS?

What did you fit? Was it easy? Did you need new sub-frames?

The standard vrs seats are pritty good IMO. They hold you in well.

Anyway for those of you who recognise a genuine question - anyone fitted them? Which? Subframes?

It is a genuine question, unfortunately I don't know.

That said it wouldn't surprise me if it were possible to do this.

Not buckets, but Jon TDI put some Audi TT seats in his, which might give you some clues about what's involved

Buckets would be a real improvement over the vRS seats imho

A quick look on Ebay shows these subframes and then a selection of bucket seats from the same supplier here.

At least this seems to imply it can be done, although not sure if anyone on here has actually done so.

Those recliners look very similar to the ones I got for my pick up, for the money they were pretty good.

I do apologise for other members feeling the need to take the p.i.s.s. I suggest you do a search. However, as others have said, most people find the standard seats quite supportive already. Good luck in your search
