Although a similar topic was posted, I couldn't find a definitive answer.

I am looking for a way to navigate / change folders on SD or USB when playing music, via the steering wheel controls.

Kodiaq 2018 with Amundsen and MaxiDOT dash.

The expected behaviour would be - if I scroll the right-hand jog, a list with the songs should appear, and at the top of the list - a folder-up link. This is the case if you have a full digital dash, as user @linni posted in a video.

In my case, if I scroll the right-hand jog, the songs go previous/next, with only the current song displayed on the MaxiDOT. You can see this in my video below. No option to navigate through the folders and choose a specific song.

Can anyone please test this (Kodiaq/Superb/Octavia/Karoq) and confirm that it is not a bug in my software.

It would be really dissaponting if this is indeed by design.
