Multifunction steering wheel

Hi all! Information I've found seems to be limited so posting here. I would like to replace the steering wheel in my 2008 fabia estate (5J) as its a bit tatty and worn out. As much as I'm happy to simply fit the standard wheel again id likento fit the multifunction wheel if possible. I have an aftermarket head unit that can be programmed with the controls too. Does anyone know if it would be a simple "plug and play" type of deal, maybe one from facelift would work? Or even a different Skoda vehicle?
