modified fabias ?

As an ex vRS Fabia owner now with Octy but wouldn't mind having a Fabia like something at least as good as an RS again but not keen on diesel - thinking it would be nice to have an "other" car for when doing stuff on the Octy (needs clutch at some point)
Are there ever any modified engine swap petrol Fabias out there like 1.8T or rare as rocking and have to make one

Alternatively I guess having to make one but a reasonable effort and donor required and probably not cost effective against just say getting a Seat 1.8T?
Was thinking of picking up a cheap as possible Fabia mk2 vRS alternatively even if it needed work, missed one recently went for very little due to clutch needed
