Weird sound in passenger footwell

Daughter's Mk3 Hatch TSI 110 2017 has developed an odd sound in/near the passenger footwell. Apparently happens only at idle, not present underway or with engine off - Any bright ideas, please? 🤔

Thinks may actually be coming from here (after bonnet open) - what could cause that noise? 👀

Part of the heating ventilation system. Under the bonnet is the intake. To the right of the glovebox is the fan/flaps. Possibly a fan or flap moving, or trying to move. Is the recycle mode button on?

Hi! I'm in need of some help please. My Octavia estate sat for 8 months unused. The battery went flat (AGM Varta) and doesn't charge. I got the car started with a different battery and then swapped in the dead battery to see if it would start charging. BUT, now the engine was running I needed to move the car a bit and found that the gear stick won't go into reverse gear. It can select 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th but not reverse. I've ordered up a new AGM battery (due in a couple of days) but this reverse

Last September my Kamiq 1.5 DSG 2020reg (regularly serviced) displayed 'Gearbox in Emergency Mode'. Very near home so able to limp home. Dealer took it in and fixed it under extended warranty. All okay until a month ago when it happened again, this time far from home. Switched off the car, restarted and all back to normal and drove perfectly. Yesterday it happened again and only D2 available. Started car today, no problem, all working, no warning sign. I'll be contacting the dealer again
