Reporting spam email

I have been recieving spam email for a while now form [email protected] which when I looked through the mail header was actually been sent from this ip address 151.44.139.145. Is there a way I can report this to the origin ISP as I don't know how to ?

Join Spamcop http://www.spamcop.net/ for free & just forward spam emails to them, they will analyse the headers and send the reports to the ISPs for you.

I used to do this before I discovered Mailwasher.

Failing that you can use whois on the ip address to find out who actually has been assigned that IP address. This will be an ISP and you can forward a complaint on to them.

Be warned a few ISP's in certain countries are probably quite dubious and won't do much.
