Doesn't look doable without dealer! All help welcome for a noob, my first car, and in my 50s!

could i ask why the update is needed please? (noob also)

im a week into my 2016 fabia and think ive got bolero (the only clue is the TP button bottom left which the other models dont seem to have), and it all seems to work ok, so just curious why it may need updating.
