Replacement DMF Part Number

Featured Replies

Hi, 2016 2.0TDI Yeti, the flywheel needs replacing but i can't figure out which part number i need, one is reccomended by ChatGPT, the other by my garage.

They are:

LUK 415043110

LUK 415058310

Which one is correct? for reference my VIN is: TMBMC*************

VIN obscured to help prevent plate cloning.

Please use the internal message service to send such information.

Thanks, Briskoda admin

I wouldn’t rely on anything chat recommends…

Try here.............

www.autodoc.co.uk or.

LUK on ebay.co.uk

Always worth a tele call to be 100% sure of the right part.

Are you also fitting a new Clutch Kit? Highly recommended.

If the garage order the wrong one it’s their problem not yours.

Iirc the clutch, spring and DMF were made as kits from two manufacturers and you couldn’t mis some bits from one and others from the other.

I’d get a whole kit and a release bearing/hydraulics too as the extra cost is way less than taking it apart again.

Or just go and ask TPS, they would also sell you one at normal trade price and deliver it to your door.

I assumed the garage are fitting..
