Headlamp level motor

Hi all, after replacing my headlamps with refurbished units after deciding the light output was terrible (it made a huge difference having the refurb units), unfortunately the drivers side level motor appears to be completely dead, I have removed the unit again and all the covers and can see the motor but cannot find any way to access it, is it actually possible to replace these motors or do I have to buy Another headlamp unit?

For reference its a 2008 combi model with the single H7 projector headlamp
