Nice forum you seem to have.
My first post here is not about my recently purchased Skoda thogh, those posts comes later.

My friends Fabia 1.2 2016 suddenly stopped while driving a few days ago, with lots of warning messages.
It started again and he was able to drive home.

He thought it was due to a bad battery so he replaced it. I later read out the fault codes and I interpret it as something else than the battery or generator was the problem (ok voltage reported from severals modules when it happened).

I deleted the fault codes and now today he got a warning regarding the start/stop system. Haven't checked the fault codes yet.

We would be very greatful if someone here could take a look at the list of fault-codes and maybe point us in a sensible direction for further troubleshooting.

VCDS How to adapt a new battery.pdf

After battery change did the electric system get given a heavy load (air-con, blower and headlights on and steering turned fully both ways and then a drive?

As well as scan tool check have you done physical checks or used other diagnostic tools like a multimeter?
