im new to this forum but hope some good folks can advise me. Im not getting any air flow to bottom / foot vent on octavia 1.4 tsi 2015 MK3. Air flow is good to windscreen and side vents when selected. I have carried out a reset / calibration but get same result, no flow to bottom air vent when selected.

Flap motor has probably failed. They do this. If you get a proper VCDS/ODBEleven scan done, the error will be flagged up there.

Not a hard job to replace...more a fiddly job.
