Problem with rear seats touch panel for seat heating and temperature control

Featured Replies

Hello, I drove my 2024 L&K 2.0 TDI from UK to Austria ~1800 miles without any issue but on the next morning after arrival rear seats control panel is non responsive. Passengers cannot activate seats heating or control rear zone temperature. Child locks are off on drivers door. Anyone had similar issue? Did I accidentally activated something that blocks that panel?

Hi

Have you checked the heating/AC controls on the infotainment screen? If you click on the 'rear' settings there is a lock button at the top - this stops small people fiddling with the rear seat heater controls!!

Many thanks that fixed it. I am not sure how it got activated.
