Any ideas for this engine knock, I have a few ideas, some worse than others 😂

215k miles on the engine, religiously serviced.

I'm hopeful it's an injector seal that's gone, so a new seal set, copper washer and bolt will fix it. What do you think?

Sounds like top end issue,if not injector maybe hydraulic tappet failed

Sure mine sounded like this when the alternator freewheel clutch had given up. You can take the aux belt off to test to see if the noise goes and or test the clutch itself.
