  1. Any admin peoples who could move this post to say Ask a Tech page?
  2. https://fuse-box.info/skoda/skoda-octavia-mk2-1z-2005-2008-fuse-box-diagram/amp
  3. Just fuse 40 I believe in the panel of the dash. 40 amp
  4. I can’t say for sure what fits your model but others are definitely interchangeable. I have a Touran one on one of mine. Be careful as ones that look identical will have very small differences meaning they won’t fit, like the throw of the gear might be 5mm longer or shorter based on how big your glass is.
  5. Trying to get my door lock barrel out of the drivers door and struggling. Followed the original service instructions and differing things from online. Anyone got a definitive way of doing it?
  6. Good find and it seems good but doesn’t seem like they have either to order. Any idea on the Skoda-parts link Crucian put up, my concern is that being a European website the hoses would be flipped 180%?
  7. No, the dealer says they are correct and current numbers with no parts available.
  8. Thank you. I think I found that and as they looked a little different and showed different part numbers I thought not.
  9. Problem is that lots look very similar but are very slightly different.
  10. Do you have a link please so I can see a full pic?
  11. If your taking off struts in the hunt for a noise I would definitely replace mounts and bearings on both for piece of mind. Front ARB bushes are a bit of a nightmare as the bush is encapsulated in a welded together bracket so takes quite a bit of work and modifying to get off and back on. Yours look good from here.
  12. Part numbers are 3C0121073AA and 3C0122157FB They seem impossible to get so the above vid is looking likely.
  13. Hi Looking to replace a couple of coolant hoses that go into the bulkhead, believe they are 31mm and have pre moulded bends in them. If they are no longer available to buy what are the options for replacing?
  14. Solved it. A piece of plastic on the structure itself had snapped right in between the two ports where it holds the metal rod. Bloody lucky it didn’t end up in the engine or good night Vienna.
  15. anyone tell me why I have oil behind the centre area of the intake manifold?
