I have a problem regarding PACC. When i activate cruise control this message appears on the screen.

I had used this function repeatedly without any problem.

How can i solve this problem?

I have the same message in some opportunities, and when traveling across Europe in entering some of the countries (say SRB, for example).

However in my case, I have noticed the PDCC works anyway, in what regards speed/distance control, but it does not work interactively with the road itself, which I never managed to understand how it does - probably by GPS.

In some newer sections of the road network, or when I travel "West", it works without messages, and the car will, for example, dimish the speed approaching turns, etc. - and it shows in the display.

You could run a diagnostic check to exclude any fault in the system, but this is my case.

In my case what is interesting the system worked perfectly for a long time.

But on my last trip the system did not work. And the trip was the same , that is to say the system had worked earlier but now does not work on the same road.

I have no ğossibility to run diagnose becsuse i do not have necessary equipment. I will try to find someone who can do this.

Have you tried a “Factory Reset” this may be the simplest option, and no harm done if it fail to resolve the issue🤞

I did not try. But, i will try.

Any garage that specializes in modern cars can run a quick "autoscan", to be sure.

But you could also be missing some update ... to the maps maybe?

Any of the gurus in the forum, how do the maps' info and the cruise interact? If they do at all, that is ...

The map is up to date. The map is Turkey map. The version is 2025.02 which corresponds to 2025.05.
