Need help- fuel hose leak (pics included)

Hello

Iv attached pictures of my engine (2017 skoda octavia diesel hatchback)

On the fuel hose where the yellow marl is, diesel shoots out through a pin ***** hole whilst the engine is running.

Can anyone identify a replacement hose for this (aftermarket preferred).

Is this relatively easy to replace as a diy job or best left to a pro?

Any help much appreciated
