I recently bought two rear door outer window trims for my partner's MK1 Fabia estate and they arent long enough! By about an inch or so.

How can this be? Are estate rear door windows different to normal hatchback??!

I've seen slightly different numbers listed but no obvious differenciation for estate/hatchback

Can anyone solve this for me please, I'm stumped.

Pic shows a lefthand trim against a right-hand door, but the length is the important bit!

'Normal' ones have part numbers beginning 6y6 and ending suffix A.

Combi (estate) versions have part numbers for these parts starting 6y9 and having suffix B

In all cases the part with 7 before the suffix is for left side, 8 for right.
