2014 Octavia with the ea111 engine

Hi folks. I'm looking at possibly purchasing the above.

I have read that the ea111 engine wasn't as reliable as the ea211 do to the timing chain issues. It's got a service history and only got 118k on the clock.. would this be a bad decision?!

Is it still driving and going well 12 years on? Or has someone punted it because it is going wrong?
