Monte Carlo front spoiler/lip replacing

Has anyone changed a front spoiler/lip on a Monte Carlo? I've purchased a replacement (new part) and have a quote for a local body shop to paint it. I've asked if the quote includes fitting and they're going to let me know.

It looks like 4 screws and the sides clip into the wheel arches.

How hard would it be to change myself if they won't include the swapping of parts over in the quote?
