Electric Boot No Power

Featured Replies

I’ve done something to the settings of the deck lid using OBD11 and now there is no power whatsoever in the boot struts.

I changed the boot struts with aftermarket ones from AUTODOC. The boot would operate but not open fully and would not latch completely shut.

I figured it was a calibration type issue so so I went through changing settings, got lost, then reset counters, etc to try to get back to a working boot.

Things got worse and now no power at all. The boot button now just opens the boot, no power, I have to lift and close manually. The close button doesn’t work , the remote fob doesn’t work, the button in the cabin doesn’t work.

Any ideas?
