hello

question on the tubo boost solenoid, (n75) in my 1.6 TDI roomster, located to the side of the airbox

. There are a few after market options out there, I wonder if any one has had an issues with these?, the genuine part seems to be around £120 , after market can be about £40

.Im looking to try replacing this first before getting a leak test on the whole vacuum system. as its currently buzzing on and off from time to time.

Reckon if you go for a well known aftermarket like febi,pierburg etc should be ok. I would avoid any manufacturer that you haven't heard of e.g ridex,maxgear
