Blend door actuator

Featured Replies

Hi, I have a 2016 Rapid which has recently developed a clunking noises when the air circulation button is depressed. I believe this is a fault with the blend door actuator motor. I have managed to remove the glove box but cannot locate the motor. Could someone please advise where this is located so that I can replace or detach the cable so that it avoids clunking on startup. I have attached a photo. Many thanks in advance. Jon

Hi, thanks for the reply. I think that's exactly what I am looking for! I could see the cogs but they are fairly inaccessible behind the metal strut. I'll take a look at the post on the Fabia and take the glove box out...again! Thanks for the help
