My Fabia Series 3 has taken upon itself to wipe the front screen intermittently. Has anyone else experienced this and found a cure?

Possibly (though the fuse might be in a different place, check your car's 'Owner's Manual', pull the the fuse it gives and see if that stops the winders from being on).
