Hi all.

Had a quick search of the forum and can't see anything related. We are getting an odd sort of booming noise when pulling away with lock on from the rear of our 2020 karoq 2.0tsi 4x4. It's done it since we bought it last year on just over 40,000 miles. The selling dealership, group 1 Skoda Maidstone said they would service the haldex system as part of the sale and I have an email with the work stating it's been carried out.

I assume this noise would be coming from the haldex as I've never heard it in any other car, this is the first car we have owned with such a system. I've read it could be binding.

Does anyone else get this noise, or has anyone had this noise and had it investigated? I wouldn't say it's got any worse over the time we've owned the car.
