Ghosting issue on infotainment system - MY 20.5 Skoda Octavia 2020

Hi All,

We've just recently purchased a 2020 Skoda Octavia (MY20.5 - Mk 3), and really enjoying it as a car. But we've been having some issues with 'ghost touching' issues with the infotainment system that sends it a bit crazy until you do a hard reset, which seems to fix it for a while.

I assume we will need to go to a Skoda dealer to likely get it looked at, but was just trying to get a decent understanding around the head unit software/firmware and upgradeability. When I've searched by VIN number on the skoda update page I can't find any info about what is the latest software version it should have (if it was up to date). So just hoping someone kind can help me on that side of it - I'm happy to do a software update myself if I know what I'm looking for and what I need to find :)
