Power folding mirror control fault

Hi all,

First time poster so very grateful for any help with this.

My wife recently bought a 63 plate Octavia III estate off a friend which has power folding mirrors. The mirrors worked when we first collected it but have since stopped completely. No power folding, no adjustment control, nothing.

I assumed it would be a fuse that had gone but haven't been able to find an associated fuse on any fuse box diagrams and have been through the fuse box to check them and all seemed fine.

Has anyone had a similar experience or can direct me to any resources that might be helpful?
