Please all be aware that due to a security violation in one of our software vendors code we have disabled our portal interface. This is the "home" page nd sidebar interface.

This is due to a internet wide security risk having been discovered and exploited on our software vendors site this morning, which has been subsequently posted to usergroups for many others to use.

We apologise for this page being unavailable, but it's the best for the security of the site in the short term.

A revised page setup is in operation and a new setup will follow as soon as is practically possbile once all validation checks have been done.

None today been playing with jdbc was, postgre and portal v6...head is mashed from that.

I have serious problems with PostGre. The OSS SQL vendors need to get their act(s) together and work in concert IMHO - there's just no need for so many odd interpretations of SQL.
