Caliper paint.

Featured Replies

Doe's anyone know what is the nearist shade of green for touching up the calipers on my VRS, Ta.;)

Hammerite Smooth Green.

Hammerite smooth green seems to be the job :)

I'd also get some Hammerite cleaner stuff to go with it to clean the surface beforehand.

Mine started off their lives as TT brakes and have had the hammerite treat, still looking good :)

Thanks for that will try.

I use a spray can I bought from halfords, its a Ford colour "Modena green".

Spray a small amount into the cap, let it thicken for a couple of minutes and apply with a brush.

I've not seen any other vRS calipers as clean and polished as nine are....but this Ford paint is ( in my opinion ) a perfect match for my calipers.

bill :)

PS never tried hammerite.....possibly just as good ?
