this was on another forum, I have the sat nav but does anyone know how to do this???

With SatNav and the "full size" MFD, you can.....

Change the auto lock / auto unlock doors.

Adjust the "brightness" of the footwell lighting.

turn on / off the remote opening/closing of windows and sunroof (if fitted) with the key.

Adjust the duration the headlights remain on in the leaving/coming home mode.

That's just a few things that l can think of.

Not sure any of that is possible throught the Sat Nav on the OctyII but I could be wrong.

-Autolocking is an option you need to get the dealer to enable through VAG.Com

-There is no footwell lighting on the OctyII

-The remote opening/closing of windows etc from the remote is 'on' by default. Not sure why you would want to turn it 'off'

-You only get the coming home/leaving home functions if you specify 'light assist' in which case you can adjust the delay times through the maxidot computer.
