Hello!! Living with a vRS

Featured Replies

I used to be an owner of the 172 Cup, 182 and 182 Trophy. I decided that I wanted a diesel at the begining of the year and bought a Polo Dune on a 54 plate. Im really happy with the car as I do alot of miles and consumption is good, but I want a little more performance. I'm really interested in the vRS and have been given a really good price for one from Autofinders.co.uk.

I want a diesel, but I want a little oomph when I need it! what I want to know is, are you guys happy with the performance of your vRS, at standard. Is chipping the car worth it, does it invalidate the warranty. Is the petrol consumption greatly reduced by a remap/chip. I have done a search and I have read responses which pretty much answer the questions but I am at decision time and need a slight nudge to make the call!!!

Oh and hi to everyone @ Briskoda :)

Welcome to Briskoda.

You will almost certainly be given the advice to buy one.

Yeah, i love my Fabia VRs, best car i've ever had. Mine's not modded though, it's quick enough for me as it is!

Suggest you book a test drive..
