Hi All,

well, I've finally done it at last, offloaded the old banger of a car (I wont mention the manufacturer!) and got myself a nice tidy X reg Skoda Fabia 1.4 8V. I was very impressed with the build quality and the dealership.

I'm pleased to be part of a new breed of car owners. The proud Skoda owner!

I hope to get all the information I need from this forum, it's quite obviously fab!

Well, hey, great minds think alike!

I've just got myself a little 2002 51 plate Fabia 1.4 8v MPI.

What's more, another Briskoda member has agreed, (subject no doubt to SWMBO agreeing), to take possession of my outgoing, much loved and soon to be deeply missed Felicia.

Must say, I like this site, used to own a Dandy trailer tent and the folks here very much remind me of that community, friendly and helpful.

Hehe, luckily, not this, it sat low and was no wider than the car, I kept having to remind myself I was towing summat. :P Bl**dy comfy once it was put together though, none of that canvas rubbish either.

Now I'm even more confused... I want one! Or maybe not :rubchin: Or maybe I do, or did, or would have - heck I don't know any more - I've always relied on my parasoll for outdoor weather

PS my 1.4 8V has a towing hook (thinking parasoll) and the car's been OK as well
