Try a Sagen MYC5-2V. Only £40 with trade in on Vodaphone and pretty small. I got one few months ago and it's been fine (basic phone but wanted as small as possible!)

I have a tiny Panasonic on PAYG, it ain't that much different in size to a box of Swan Vestas.
