I have just got back from Sherlodge garage in Gillingham. I have to say, that was the best handover I have ever experienced. The salesman Barry Crook was a real proffesional and it was a pleasure doing business.

I've just driven back, its about a 15 miles journey, most enjoyable . I'm working tonight so have a nice 50 mile round trip to look forward too.

Anyway, good luck to all those who are getting their cars, and drive safely!!!

Just got back to work myself, the salesman was a joy to deal with, going that extra mile to get things sorted to my satisfaction.

The car is brilliant - dead impressed so far.

My brother works for a Hyundai dealer and he phoned me earlier to say there was a prblem with the DVLA computer and they couldn't register any cars :eek:

He's supposed to be handing over 12 this morning but now he has 12 pretty pi$$ed off potential Hyundai owners chasing him :rofl:

He seemed to think it was a nationwide problem but it looks like we are all sorted.

My new Furby was delivered last week and kept in the garage at home until this morning at about 08:00. Taking it easy so got over 50mpg indicated on the way to work.

I was tempted to go out at 00:01, but SWMBO objected:(

2020 Kamiq with ACC - opinions?

I'm looking at a 2020 Kamiq SEL as a second car, which has the fairly rare 'adaptive' cruise control (not 'predictive adaptive'). I've had mixed experiences with ACC on two Citroens. My recent C5 has it, and it works great and very smoothly so long as you remember that all it really does is keep you on station with the car in front and stop you running into it. Before that had an older Berlingo. That had ACC that it worked, but that system braked fairly hard and later than I'd have liked, then a

I drive around 500 miles per week, commuting to work and back home. I currently have a Skoda Karoq 4x4 2.0 tdi - manual and I'm looking at multiple Skoda Enyaq models. I want to buy one but I cannot decide what capacity the battery should have and what will be better for me. For 71 miles daily and with me charging the car at home over night, I really don't know especially as the car will be second-hand. With me doing 26.000 miles per year, I'm intending to keep the car for a minimum of 3 years,

Hello all, I'm looking for some feedback from those of you who have their EA888.4 ECU and DQ381 TCU tuned. Ideally, from those with the 245 version, although I'll still happily hear out those with similar EA888.3 245/280 models. I'm currently in between two possible solutions: a comprehensive RacingLine OEM+ Stage 1 ECU/TCU tune, versus a combinations of Revo Stage 1 (ECU) and TVS Stage 2+ (TCU). In both scenarios, I'll be aiming for a 95RON, low-torque file, since I'm not only limited by the

Bit of a long shot here. I have very recently bought a 66 plate Superb estate, which came with a steel 16" spare in the boot. It also came with the foam insert and tool kit for the 18" wheel, which obviously doesn't work. Does anyone have the foam insert from an old 16" sat around that they would be prepared to sell? The garage I bought from were not the most helpful, and I don't think that is likely to change any time soon. Cheers in advance.
