Braking Judder & Sticking Clutch Pedal

Featured Replies

I have 2 problems, on my Octy VRS (Jabbad of course).

One is when braking at above 60mph, I get steering wheel judder, the dealer has already fitted new front brake discs, no vibration at all otherwise, even @ 130.

The second problem, that started last week, is the Clutch pedal staying on the floor, this has happened twice so far, its only when the car has been stood for a few hours.

Any ideas folks, before I book it in with my dealer.

Cheers

The clutch problem is a known, and seemingly fairly common problem, take a look here Click!!!

Er... isn't 130 above 60.

Could be you are breaking harder from 60 than below that. You could try hard breaking from 40 and see is the problem occurs. If it does then the new disks are f**ked

I assume the pads were changed at the same time as the discs?
