Thanks Matt for all your efforts.

Just in time before the first snowfall.

Nice one Matt.

I don't envy the effort it must've taken.

What do we want next, eh?

R32 ARBs anyone?

Matt...Matt....

Unless your paying for mine... then no ;-)

I quite fancy a metal sump guard... but not going there!

There again I need new shocks all round.....

and new disks.....

bob on, all ordered and on its way soon i hope

big thanks to the man in charge for setting it up :D

what a good way of sorting out the actual ordering, very neat and easy

All ordered, many thanks for setting this up, look foward to getting these now. Any excuse for a tinker with the car!!

that was painless and easy. 1 on its way. cheers matt.

Excelent stuff. Another thank you to Matt from me! Just ordered mine, an excelent saving :D

Parcel Force delivered mine this morning at 07:30! Fitting them is a job for tomorrow. :)

was just about to ask if anyone has taken delivery of theres yet :D

I had mine delivered to work (and I was not there on Friday), so I am hoping they will be there when I get in tomorrow morning.

I was quite surprised they were delivered on a Saturday to be honest. Usually that costs more to send.

I was going to fit them today, but its too wet outside! :o

No wipers here as yet :-(

Got mine today! New wiper motor going in on Wednesday so this will be a job for Weekend I think.

Mine arrived this morning, so weather permitting, I'll fit them at lunch time!

So theses wont fit the fabia? Oh dear....:o

Anyone want to buy some off me a bit cheaper like ?:o:thumbup:

These are designed for the mk4 golf, so are not for a fabia. Sorry!

Managed to get mine fitted today, just need to wait for some rain to try them out properly.

I couldn't get my old ones of using the wiggling methods mentioned elsewhere on the thread, so popped down to Halfrauds and bought a Laser Ball Joint Separator model No: 1793 (Laser is the brand name by the way, it doesn't have a L.A.S.E.R.)

It's the 5th one down on this page

Had to use an old bolt to make up the gap as the bolt fitted is a bit short, but the wiper arms came off really easily with no damage to the surrounding plastic (unlike my previos attempts)

It was £7.99 at Halfrauds and anyone near to Wolverhampton wanting to borrow one, just ask.

I fitted mine at lunchtime just now - about 10 minutes (if that), but I have previously had the arms off! The seperater you used looks very similar to the one I had to use the first time around! I used a thick piece of aluminium on top of the bolt (having loosened it first!)....

I just used a 13mm socket and did it with the bonnet up, but mine where easy to get off - the hardest bit for me was getting the caps off (no little screwdrivers in the car or office!). Not tested mine yet, but I did give the windscreen a quick clean! I think I need some new fan-jets for mine, as they seem a bit variable as to how well they work (or where they fire the water!)

Matt try using the VAG washer fluid in it and that should clean it all up.

mine got delivered today and i fitted them in about 10 minutes easy, that included getting the blades the wrong way round :D

what can i say but ba-fecking-jasus they are good, i didn't think wipers could improve much but these are excellent, well worth the money, thank you very much for organising this as they really are worth the money

Without wanting to say it.... oh no sod it I do want to say it... told you so :)

When i did the a while back now I was also stunned by just how much better htey were. The VW place i talked to when looking said that golf drivers complained about them and often wanted normal wipers :S

still waiting. :( phd them yesterday so hopefully arrive 2 day. :D
