I was thinking of advertising my vRS on EBay but wondered if anyone on here had ever had any luck using EBay to sell a car or not.

The fee's associated with it is something else i wasnt sure on, i recently sold a couple of mountain bikes on there which the fee's werent too high on but they went for a couple of hundred not thousands...

any suggestions?

Walkie sold his Fabia VRS on EBay, I believe.

Personally I'd use the AutoTrader because I think more people looking to buy a car will buy that than look on EBay - perhaps I'm just old fashioned though.

Ebay now offer "Classified Ad". Quote from ebay: "Remember that as there is no bidding on a Classified Ad, so you should put the advertised price of your item as the price that you would like to receive for it, and not the starting price as you would in an auction-style listing."

So similar to AutoTrader...

its in the trader at the mo but i dont think there are many people out there looking for a vRS.
