I apologise for raising this, but I can't seem to find the definative answer to this question. My Octy Elegance is due to be delivered sometime in December. I know it comes with a Stream CD player and a 6cd autochanger. My questions are will the single slot on the dash play mp3 cd's and/or will there be an aux input in the jumbo box (well, that's where I think it was/is).

Any help would be appreciated.

It should be. If I remember correctly the model year changes in june.

Btw, my car is in production this week. Tomorrow I'll try to get a delivery date estimate from the dealer. Should be 3 to 4 weeks from now.

Saw the dealer today. The car is already on-route from the factory. Now the estimated delivery date is just 2,5 weeks away! They've worked faster than expected at Mladá Boleslav!

While at the dealership, I looked at their showroom Octavias. Couldn't find the AUX-connector in the three cars I looked into. Where exactly on the jumbobox should it be?

Not having it implies their cars are either too low spec (ie no Jumbo box at all), or of course are more than 3 months old...

Ok, then the dealer's cars were MY2006s. All three had the jumbo boxes, but all were basic elegances. So they're probably form the importer's stock and not recent factory orders.

That's just were I reckoned it would be.

Cool. Can't wait for the car! Just got to wait until nearly xmas time. :(
