I saw this car and had no idea that they existed namely a Innocenti, some kind of Italian mini based car.

Sorry but maximum age allowed for taxi's in brighton is 7 years, may be extended to 9 years for prestige vehicles deemed to be in exceptional condition. at which point they must be removed from the trade.
